Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and tags are still intact.
Drop Off the Parcel
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
