To Express Colostrum:

1. Set up a clean and comfortable space with all components of the colostrum collecting kit at hand
2. Use the reusable heat pack on your breasts for about 5-10 minutes to promote milk flow
3. Ensure cleanliness by washing your hands thoroughly before you begin
4. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or reclining, allowing yourself to relax
5.  Gently massage the breast tissue to stimulate milk production - use circular motions or gentle kneading movements

Begin Expressing:

 - Using Cups:
Position the collecting cups under your breasts while gently compressing the tissue to collect colostrum

 - Syringe Method:
As drops of colostrum appear, draw the colostrum into the syringes carefully using gentle suction from the syringe

Label and Store:

 - After collecting enough colostrum, label the syringes with the date and time of collection
- Store them in the reusable bag or freezer until you’re ready for use, ensuring they remain in a cool environment until then
